annexed copy of the amended by-laws of the “Kalamazoo
county Building
Loan Association” with the original filed in

May 25, 1899.

Meeting of the Stockholders of the Kalamazoo
County Building Loan Association of Kalamazoo,
Michigan, held Tuesday May 9th, 1899 pursuant to
the following notice sent to each shareholder by
the Secretary pursuant to the vote of the Board
of Directors.
Kalamazoo, Mich.
May 2, 1899
To the Shareholders:
Please take notice there will be a
Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the
Kalamazoo County Building Loan Association at
its office, No. 204 North Rose St., Kalamazoo,
Michigan, on Tuesday
May 9, 1899,
at which time proposed amendments to the by-laws
will be presented as recommended by the board of
Directors.
Polls will be open at
4 o’clock
P.M. and remain open until all have had an
opportunity to vote.
Copies of the proposed Amendments to the
By-laws may be seen at the office.

Meeting called to order by the Vice-President
who appointed Wallace F. W. Stafford and William
Shakespeare as tellers to receive and count the
votes cast, the Secretary keeping a list of the
Shareholders voting wit the number of votes
cast.
Polls were open from
4 o’clock
P.M. May 9th to 4 o’clock
P.M. May 10th., after which the tellers made the
following report, Total numbers of shares voted
2025.
Total number of shares cast for Amendments 2025.
