Miscellaneous Ledger 1, 1856-1907

This ledger is stored in the Deeds Vault at the Kalamazoo County Clerk's Office, which is located in Room 101 at the Kalamazoo County Administration Building, 201 W. Kalamazoo Ave., Kalamazoo, MI.

This ledger is valuable as many unusual items are recorded in this book from 1856 through 1907.

This ledger does not involve land transfers, and should not be confused with real estate transactions. The ledger is a record for many agreements and corporate formations in the county of Kalamazoo. This is the first time a comprehensive index has been compiled and there is now a copy of the index on the inside of the ledger.

This ledger has been microfilmed and is available as LDS Film #2109633 Item 1.
