Research Trips

Join other genealogists for a week of research in Washington, DC (September 13 - 19, 2026 - Watch for developing details).

Join us at the Allen County Public Library (next trip to be determined)

Attendees will have a day of research at ACPL’s renowned Genealogy Center, beginning with an informal gathering at 9:00 am.

Attendees are asked to drive or carpool to the library, where seasoned KVGS researchers and Genealogy Center librarians will be available to assist them.

Join us at the Michigan History Center (next trip to be determined) — home of the Michigan History Museum, the Library of Michigan, and the Archives of Michigan.

Attendees will enjoy a day of research and exploration at the Center.
